Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Processing times may vary during high order volume periods.

Shipping Methods 
Gringo Motorsports ships orders through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package size.

Shipping Times 
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Once an order has shipped, Gringo Motorsports is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking 
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages 
Gringo Motorsports is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Gringo Motorsports is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

International Shipping 
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
